REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

Refunds or returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

We may request supporting evidence such as photos or videos to verify the issue.



2. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
• Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
• Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
• Damages resulting from improper use, handling, or storage by the customer.



3. Refund Process
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
• All refunds will be processed via Chip-in Asia, subject to their processing timelines and terms.

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.



4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us via email before returning the item.



5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

6. Shipping Costs
• The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.



7. Our Rights

Hydromove.com.my reserves the right to decline any refund or return request if:
• The item does not meet the conditions stated above.
• There is evidence of misuse, excessive wear, or intentional damage.
